General Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of Supar Baje (suparbaje.com) and all its services. The terms set out on this page constitute a legally binding agreement.
By using Supar Baje's website, mobile app, or any of its services, you automatically agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our services.
Please Note: These Terms may be updated at any time. Any changes will be notified on the website and sent to your registered email address.
Although these Terms are published in Bengali, Supar Baje considers the English version the definitive reference. In the event of any dispute, the English version shall prevail.
The following conditions must be met to open an account on Supar Baje:
- You must be 18 years of age or older.
- All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
- Each person may only register one account.
- Multiple accounts from the same household or device are not permitted.
- You may not allow anyone else to access or use your account.
After registration, we reserve the right to verify your identity (KYC). Withdrawals will not be processed until verification is complete. KYC typically requires a copy of your National ID or passport.
Providing false information at registration may result in your account being closed at any time and any balance being forfeited.
Supar Baje follows strict age verification procedures to protect minors from gaming. We reserve the right to verify the age of any member at any time.
- A government-issued NID, passport, or driving licence is accepted for age verification.
- Your account may be temporarily suspended while age verification is in progress.
- If anyone registers using a false age, all associated transactions will be considered void.
If there is any suspicion that a member is underage, Supar Baje reserves the right to close that account without prior notice.
The following rules apply to all deposits made on Supar Baje:
- Minimum deposit: ৳50 (fifty BDT).
- Accepted payment methods: Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket.
- Deposits must be made exclusively from your own payment account.
- Depositing with third-party funds or credit is strictly prohibited.
- Successful deposits are credited to your account instantly.
Before making a deposit, make sure you are sending to the correct payment number. Funds sent to the wrong number cannot be guaranteed to be recovered.
Supar Baje does not charge any additional fees on deposits. However, your payment provider's own charges may apply.
The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳200 (two hundred BDT).
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment account used for the deposit.
- KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal.
- Standard withdrawals may take up to 24 hours to process.
- To withdraw bonus funds, the associated wagering requirements must be met.
Supar Baje reserves the right to hold withdrawals on suspicious transactions. Additional verification documents may be requested in such cases.
Daily withdrawal limit: ৳50,000 (fifty thousand BDT). For withdrawals above this amount, please contact customer support.
The following general conditions apply to all Supar Baje bonus and promotion offers. Individual bonuses may also carry their own specific terms.
- The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once per member.
- To withdraw a bonus, you will generally need to meet a wagering requirement of 20–30 times the bonus amount.
- Once a bonus expires, any remaining bonus balance will be automatically forfeited.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time.
- If a bonus is misused, both the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

Supar Baje reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer. We will endeavour to provide advance notice, though this is not obligatory.
The following rules must be followed when playing games on Supar Baje:
- Each game has its own rules. Please read them before you start playing.
- If a technical error affects the outcome of a game, Supar Baje reserves the right to void that round.
- In the event of a disconnection, server logs shall be considered final for game settlement purposes.
- Exploiting software bugs or vulnerabilities in any game is strictly prohibited.
- In the event of a dispute over game outcomes, Supar Baje's server records shall be final.
In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final. Any dealer error will be resolved in accordance with the game provider's rules.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on Supar Baje:
- Opening or operating multiple accounts.
- Fraudulent activity to obtain bonuses.
- Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
- Hacking the game system or using software to gain an unfair advantage.
- Colluding with other members to manipulate games.
- Conducting transactions using third-party funds.
- Using a false identity or fraudulent documents.
Warning: Any involvement in the above activities will result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and legal action where necessary.

Account Closure & Suspension
Supar Baje may close or suspend an account under the following circumstances:
- Violation of terms and conditions.
- Failure to complete KYC verification.
- Where there is a report of suspicious transactions or fraudulent activity.
- Extended inactivity of 12 months or more.
- If you submit a self-exclusion request.
You may request to close your account at any time. Any verified balance will be returned, but bonus balances will not be refunded.
Supar Baje places responsible gaming at the top of its priorities. We want every member to enjoy gaming without coming to harm.
- You can set daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits.
- You can temporarily or permanently close your account at any time.
- You can set a cooling-off period ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
